Administrator/ Customer Care Coordinator required for an excellent opportunity based in the Head Office of one of our top clients. Salary circa £35k per year, excellent package, and a great place to work.
Our client is a developer of beautiful residential projects across Kent, mostly for private sale.
Due to continued expansion, a permanent requirement for a Customer Care Coordinator/ Administrator within the Customer Care Team has become available and they are looking to interview candidates ASAP.
Duties will include:
- Responding to incoming customer care issues in a timely manner
- Reporting into the head of Customer Care
- Following customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Help maintaining customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team.
- General office/ administration duties.
- Friendly, customer focused personality
- Can do attitude
- Experience of working in a position involving dealing with multiple customers on a daily basis
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
