Refurbishment
Up to £60k plus package
A Site Manager is required to work on a refurbishment job in Bristol. You must come from a commercial construction background and have a proven track record of delivering schemes up to £3m as a Number One Site Manager.
The client have a full orderbook of work for the next 18 months so you will move straight on to a new scheme upon completion of your first one.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
